Diversity Management 

We are a group of four faculty members from the School of Business at Mutah University responsible for developing a Diversity Management module to be taught to our students in the MBA programs and Strategic Management doctoral program. We are working on strengthening the understanding and arising awareness of diversity management and inclusion of other minority groups in the Jordanian context by designing an awareness campaign and implementing various activities targeting different groups such Jordanian universities, public, high school, and major organizations in Jordan.
